Our workforce of over 40 individuals has a broad range of expertise and experience.  All are time-served and hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards listing their qualifications and showing that they have passed the CITB Construction Skills Health and Safety test.

 

Continual Training and Development

We strongly believe in investing in the development of our workforce.  We ensure that we continually have apprentices in training and have been recognised for this by Mid-Kent College.  Our Operations Director, Bill Shephard is a Validator for the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) – the largest and most highly recognised card scheme for the plant industry. 

All Lynx employees hold CPCS cards which demonstrates their operating skills and health and safety awareness.  We provide safety and first aid training, fork lift truck courses, slinger / banksman training and many other vocational skills.
