Our services include

Design/Consultancy

For all requirements, from structural steelwork to pipework, vessels or plant and equipment, we call on our skilled design specialists.  In addition, we provide method statements and risk assessments covering the entirety of any project.

Our processes are designed to ensure complete satisfaction from the outset to completion of all projects.

Fabrication/Welding

Our team of fully coded, experienced, welders can manufacture and install all steelwork, vessels, silos, walkways, access ladders, balustrades and platforms to order. We carry out MIG, TIG and arc welding in our own fabrication workshop or on-site using our vehicles equipped with full mobile welding sets. 

Breakdown Maintenance

When plant goes down you need it back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year to provide emergency maintenance services.  Our skilled workforce will work shifts to ensure that time-critical work is completed as quickly as possible to minimise downtime and interruption to your business.  

In addition we can provide qualified staff to supplement your permanent workforce in the case of sickness absence, for example.

Most companies who use us for breakdown support also use our services for planned maintenance.

Planned Maintenance

We recognise that the most cost-effective way of enabling critical plant and machinery to run at optimum capacity and to maximise its working life is to undertake planned (or preventative) maintenance.

We work closely with our customers’ engineers in designing and implementing their preventative maintenance programme.

On occasion the planned maintenance shutdowns of our customers will coincide.  We are experienced at managing the logistics of this challenge to ensure that we provide the appropriately skilled workforce for each and every job.  We do not sub-contract our work to third parties.  This enables us to guarantee the quality of our work.

Installation and Removal

We can manufacture any structure from drawings at our own fully equipped workshop, transport the components to site and safely install them using our own experienced engineers.

We pride ourselves on the standards and safety of our work.  We do not sub-contract jobs and because we own a modern, well equipped fleet of vehicles, we are able to operate without the need for plant hire companies.

We have our own 32-tonne crane lorry, complete with 40 tonne hydraulic crane, which enables us to move to site large pieces of plant/ equipment fabricated in our workshop.  Our qualified HGV drivers are certified Slinger / Banksmen. Our transit vans are equipped with full mobile welding sets.

Examples of installations undertaken include both normal and screw conveyors carrying anything from quarry to food products, process pipework for a wide variety of industries, pumps, silos and balustrades.

Not only do we work on land, we have also been involved in several major bridge repair and refurbishment projects requiring us to work from marine vessels.
